Domestic Canadian Shipping

All orders within Canada are shipped via Canada Post.
Your order may take 2-10 business days to arrive once shipped and does not come with a tracking number or insurance.

Lily & Rose Artisan Jewelry is not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect address on your order. Should your order be returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

International shipping

Lily & Rose Jewelry is available to ship worldwide and will be shipped via Canada Post. Please note that shipping times are delayed due to COVID-19. Orders to the US can take up to 3 weeks to arrive.


Returns & Exchanges

If your jewelry arrives damaged due to transit, or you are unhappy with your purchase please email us at lilyandrosejewelry@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You may choose to return the item(s) for a refund or exchange for an item(s) or shop credit of the same value. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

The Lily & Rose return policy is only valid for online orders placed directly through Lily & Rose. If you purchased your Lily & Rose Jewels from one of our stockists, please contact them directly with your concerns.
